Yes, we ship worldwide from Taiwan International Package.

Why does it take up to a week to ship?

It may take up to a week, because Boyce wants to have enough breathing time to design, produce, package and ship your order to you with the highest quality. If it happens to be shipped together, it may be faster.

Is there any tracking delivery?

Yes! I will send you tracking information no matter how big or small your order is. This gives us both peace of mind knowing we can always see where your order is until it reaches you safely.

Can I cancel, refund or exchange my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please contact me and explain the reason and I will get back to you.

Before placing an order, please confirm clearly to avoid causing problems between us. If there is a conditional refund, please contact me and explain the reason, and I will reply to you.

Customized jewelry (e.g. with name engraving) will not be returned or exchanged unless the product itself is defective.
